1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
2. Drive growth through strategic planning and execution of commercial and human development plans.
3. Motivate and manage a team of sales advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
5. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and unique client experiences.
