- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Register, Operations) by implementing growth strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plan.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges effectively.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a customer service-driven environment.

A minimum of one year of successful managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment is required.
Fixed salary with an attractive variable component.
