1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Register, Operations) by implementing growth strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plan.
2. Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
3. Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges effectively.

Fixed salary with an attractive variable component.
