1. Lead and organize the activities of a designated product category team (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
2. Drive growth through strategic planning and development of commercial and human resources.
3. Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and share in-depth product and service knowledge with the team to meet commercial challenges.

1. Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

A minimum of one successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven industry is required.
