- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned team in areas such as Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, and Operations.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop product and service knowledge and share expertise with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Result-oriented with strong intellectual agility.
- Proactive and innovative with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
A successful first managerial experience in a customer service-driven professional environment is required.
