- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth in line with the commercial and human development plan.
- Motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving shared objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and execute strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record in a managerial role within a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong results orientation and ability to work collaboratively towards collective success.
- Demonstrated intellectual agility and proactive problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 3 years of successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven environment is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable incentives.
