1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth in line with the commercial and human development plan.
2. Motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving shared objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
3. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.

Fixed salary with attractive variable incentives.
