- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
- Motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors to meet shared goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to tackle commercial challenges effectively.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Result-oriented with strong intellectual agility and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to adapt and be proactive in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of one successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven industry is required.
