- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora products and services to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and implement growth strategies in line with the commercial and human development plan.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of one year of successful managerial experience in a customer-focused industry is required.
Fixed salary with an attractive variable component.
