- Expand product and service knowledge within the team to tackle commercial challenges effectively.
- Proven initial managerial experience in a customer service-driven environment.

- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of initial managerial experience in a customer-focused industry is required.
Fixed salary with an attractive variable component.
