- Lead a specific department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) by organizing and planning team activities.

- Develop and share knowledge of Sephora products and services to meet commercial challenges.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

A successful first managerial experience in a customer service-driven professional environment is required.
