- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development goals.
- Motivate and guide a team of sales advisors to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Enhance product and service knowledge and effectively communicate it to the team to tackle commercial challenges.
- Plan and implement strategies to optimize department performance and customer experience.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a customer service-focused environment.

- Proficient in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of one year of successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven industry.
Fixed salary with an attractive variable component.
