- Lead and organize the activities of a specific department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
- Motivate and guide a team of Sales Advisors to achieve shared objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Expand product and service knowledge and impart this expertise to the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and execute strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plan of the department.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to transfer knowledge effectively.
A minimum of one year of successful managerial experience in a customer-centric industry is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
