- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth according to the commercial and human development plan.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve common objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges effectively.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of one successful managerial experience in a customer-focused industry is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
