- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development goals.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to meet shared objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share product and service knowledge with the team to tackle commercial challenges and improve store performance.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a customer service-oriented environment.

At least one successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven environment is required.
