- Lead and organize the activities of a designated team within a specific product category (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
- Drive growth by implementing commercial and human development plans.
- Motivate and guide a team of Sales Advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services to meet commercial challenges.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and overall store performance.
