1. Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk, Operations).
2. Drive growth by implementing commercial and human development plans.
3. Motivate and manage a team of sales advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and share in-depth product and service knowledge with the team to meet commercial challenges.

1. Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

3. Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.

A minimum of one successful managerial experience in a customer-focused industry is required.

Fixed salary with attractive variable incentives.
