- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop product and service knowledge and share expertise with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Result-oriented with a focus on collective success.
- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.
A successful first managerial experience in a customer service-driven environment is required.
Fixed salary plus attractive variable compensation.
