- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and implement growth strategies in alignment with commercial and human development plans.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in product knowledge and sales strategies.
Minimum of 3 years of successful managerial experience in a customer-focused environment.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
