1. Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales axis, such as Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, or Operations.
2. Motivate and guide a team of Sales Advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and implement growth strategies in alignment with commercial and human development plans.

1. Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

Minimum of 3 years of successful managerial experience in a customer-focused environment.

Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
