1. Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
2. Motivate and manage a team of sales advisors to meet shared goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services to meet commercial challenges and elevate store performance.
