- Lead a specific department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) by organizing and planning team activities.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve common goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop product and service knowledge and share expertise with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Result-oriented with strong intellectual agility.
- Ability to react quickly and propose solutions.
- High standards and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
A successful first managerial experience in a customer service-driven environment is required.
Fixed salary plus attractive variable pay.
