- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Register, Operations) to drive growth and development.
- Motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to support both commercial and human development within the department.
