1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Register, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
2. Motivate and guide the sales team to meet shared goals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and engagement.
3. Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to tackle commercial challenges effectively.
4. Plan and execute strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
