- Lead and organize the activities of a designated team within a specific product category (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and implement growth strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plan.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.

Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
