- Manage the commercial activities of a designated department such as Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, or Operations.
- Organize and plan team activities to drive growth in line with commercial and human development plans.
- Support the commercial project of the department by providing innovative solutions.
- Motivate and guide sales advisors to achieve common objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, with intention to pursue a master's in management through an apprenticeship.
- Strong customer service orientation
