- Motivate and guide the sales advisor team towards achieving shared objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Expand product and service knowledge and impart this expertise to the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented professional environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within a customer service-focused industry.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
