- Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
- Motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving common goals to enhance customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services to meet commercial challenges.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
- Ability to adapt and propose innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
A successful track record in a managerial role within a customer service-driven industry is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
