- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development objectives.
- Motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving shared goals to enhance customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
