Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned team in areas such as Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, and Operations.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve common goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop product and service knowledge and share expertise with the team to meet commercial challenges.

- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

Experience Requirements
