Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

1. Act as co-responsible with a store supervisor for the commercial performance of a defined department or area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations).
2. Plan and organise daily activity and staffing for the department, ensuring alignment with the commercial and people development plan.
3. Deploy and animate growth levers for the perimeter, proposing initiatives to drive sales and customer conversion.
4. Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors, setting clear objectives and ensuring excellent client service and memorable in-store experiences.
5. Contribute to merchandising, stock and cash management within the department and support operational excellence on the shop floor.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum; enrolled in or preparing for a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management or equivalent via an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
2. Strong client-service orientation with a desire to learn retail management standards.
3. Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively, take initiative and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Beginner level. Role is designed for recent graduates or students with limited professional experience; prior retail or beauty-sector internships or part-time roles are an advantage but not mandatory.
