Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

1. Act as joint-responsible for the commercial performance of a department/area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside store leadership.
2. Organize and plan daily activity of the team, deploying growth levers aligned with the commercial and people development plan for the assigned perimeter.
3. Support and drive the departmental commercial project, contributing proposals to improve sales and customer experience.
4. Motivate, coach and develop sales advisors to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional customer moments.
5. Ensure operational excellence on the floor, including service standards and execution of merchandising and visual directives.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) completed and eligible to undertake a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management via alternance.
2. Strong client service orientation with a proven desire to lead and develop teams.
3. Capacity to take initiative, embrace new challenges and work collaboratively toward shared objectives.
4. Available to work on site in Chalon-sur-Saône and committed to a structured alternance training program.
