1. Organize and plan team activities to drive growth in line with commercial and human development plans.
2. Support the commercial project of a specific department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) by providing strategic input.
3. Motivate and guide sales advisors to achieve common objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, with intention to pursue a master's in management through an apprenticeship.
