- Organize and plan the activities of sales teams, leveraging growth drivers in line with the commercial and human development plan.
- Support the commercial project of the department by providing strategic recommendations.
- Motivate and guide sales advisors to achieve common objectives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, with the intention to pursue a master's in management through an apprenticeship.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team
