1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk, Operations) to drive growth in line with the commercial and human development plan.
2. Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
3. Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges and overall store goals.
