- Lead and organize the activities of a designated department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
- Drive growth through strategic planning and execution of commercial and human development plans.
- Motivate and guide a team of sales advisors to achieve shared objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
