- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and achieve commercial and human development goals.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to meet shared objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.

A minimum of 3 years of successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven environment is required.
