- Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Register, Operations).
- Motivate and guide a team of sales advisors to achieve shared objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share in-depth product and service knowledge with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and execute growth strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plans.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
