- Lead and manage the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) by organizing and planning team activities.
- Drive growth through the implementation of commercial and human development plans.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve common goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

Minimum of one year of successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven industry.
