1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide friendly and specialized customer service.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvement and propose solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event display standards at all times.
9. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
10. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
11. Ensure store security standards are maintained.
12. Stay informed about competitor activities and special store events.
13. Engage in programs to reduce inventory loss.
14. Assist in cost reduction efforts without compromising service and presentation standards.
15. Complete all My Sephora Learning training sessions and seek additional training when necessary.
16. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

4. Ability to handle and apply products on customers.
5. Availability and flexibility.
6. Adherence to dress code.
7. Consistent and reliable service delivery.

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
