Sephora Sales Consultant Trainer

- Serve as an in-store sales consultant, demonstrating extensive knowledge and expertise in beauty products to all customers, adhering to company standards.
- Execute all customer interactions with excellence and observe the performance of other sales consultants, providing coaching as necessary.
- Develop action plans with store leadership focused on the development of sales consultants and collaborate with the store's makeup artist for CMAC certification preparation.
- Train the store team to ensure they are equipped to deliver the best customer experience.
- Assist in the formation and development of beauty expertise across all sales consultants and store sectors.
- High school diploma required; pursuing or completed higher education is desirable.
- Experience in retail sales and achieving category-specific targets.
- Desirable experience in the beauty sector.
- Desirable experience in training roles.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service skills.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in beauty product knowledge.
Experience in retail sales with a focus on achieving sales targets is required. Experience in the beauty industry and in training roles is preferred.
High school diploma required; higher education is desirable.
