1. Act as a sales consultant in-store, demonstrating knowledge and expertise in beauty to all customers while adhering to company standards.
2. Execute all customer interactions in-store with excellence and observe other sales consultants, providing coaching as needed.
3. Develop action plans with store leadership focused on the development of sales consultants and collaborate with the store's makeup artist for CMAC certification preparation.
4. Train the store team to provide the best customer experience.
5. Assist in the formation and development of beauty expertise among all sales consultants and across all store sectors.

1. High school diploma required; pursuing or completed higher education is desirable.
2. Experience in sales and category targets in the retail sector.
3. Desirable experience in retail.
4. Desirable experience in beauty.
5. Desirable knowledge in training.
