- Support store leadership in educational initiatives by training staff and disseminating brand and training content.
- Serve as a role model for the sales team, acting as a liaison between sales consultants and management.
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop action plans focused on the growth of sales consultants.
- Work alongside the store's makeup artist to prepare for CMAC certification.
- Develop and implement action plans with leadership to address business indicators.
- Execute, support, and monitor all training activities conducted both in-person and online.
- Completion of secondary education (mandatory).
- Experience in scheduling and conducting training sessions.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry (preferred).
- Intermediate English proficiency for conversation (preferred).
Experience in training program development and implementation is required.
Secondary education is mandatory.
