Sephora Sales Consultant Trainer

1. Support leadership in the educational aspect of the store by training the team and replicating content provided by brands and the training department.
2. Act as a role model for the team and serve as a liaison between sales consultants and leadership.
3. Develop action plans with store leadership focused on the development of sales consultants.
4. Collaborate with the store's makeup artist in preparation for CMAC certification.
5. Develop action plans with leadership to address business indicators.
6. Execute, support, and monitor all training activities conducted both in-person and online.

1. High school diploma; pursuing or completed higher education is desirable.
2. Experience as a trainer is desirable.
3. Familiarity with the beauty market is desirable.
