- Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event promotion standards consistently.
- Conduct timely and accurate inventory checks and maintain updated inventory records.
- Ensure adherence to merchandise receiving, transfer, and return procedures in the absence of the Administrative Supervisor or Stockist.
- Perform cashier duties as needed.
- High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Dynamic personality with excellent presentation skills.
- Desirable: Experience in a senior sales position or retail leadership role.
