1. Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest suitable products.
2. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event promotion standards consistently.
3. Conduct timely and accurate inventory checks and maintain updated inventory records.
4. Ensure adherence to merchandise receiving, transfer, and return procedures in the absence of the Administrative Supervisor or Stockist.
5. Perform cashier duties as needed.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Dynamic personality with excellent presentation skills.
3. Desirable: Experience in a senior sales position or retail leadership role.
