- Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest products to meet those needs.
- Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event promotion concepts at all times and be aware of special store events.
- Conduct timely and accurate inventory checks and maintain updated inventory records as needed.
- Ensure compliance with procedures for receiving, transferring, and returning goods in the absence of the Admin Supervisor or Stockkeeper.
- Perform cashier duties when necessary.
- High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Dynamic personality with good presentation skills.
- Desirable experience in a senior sales position or leadership role in retail.
- Desirable knowledge of other languages.
