1. Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest products to meet those needs.
2. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event promotion concepts at all times and be aware of special store events.
3. Conduct timely and accurate inventory checks and maintain updated inventory records as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with procedures for receiving, transferring, and returning goods in the absence of the Admin Supervisor or Stockkeeper.
5. Perform cashier duties when necessary.

1. High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
2. Dynamic personality with good presentation skills.
3. Desirable experience in a senior sales position or leadership role in retail.
4. Desirable knowledge of other languages.
