1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide friendly and expert service to customers.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and propose solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Maintain store presentation according to Sephora's concepts and procedures.

10. Strive to be a reference in the assigned area.
11. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
12. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.

14. Monitor competitor activities.
15. Be aware of special store events.
16. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
17. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
18. Ensure confidentiality of information.
19. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
20. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
21. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

1. Customer service, communication, and organization skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Ability to verbally communicate clearly with customers and staff.
4. Operate point of sale systems if qualified.
5. Handle and apply products on customers.
6. Availability and flexibility.
7. Adherence to dress code.
8. Consistent and reliable service delivery.

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
