1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated team member.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and propose solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Maintain store presentation according to Sephora's product, service, and event concepts.
9. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
10. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
11. Ensure store safety standards are met.
12. Stay informed about competitor movements and special store events.
13. Engage in programs to reduce merchandise loss and expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
14. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training as needed.
15. Assist in the training of new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
