1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated team member.
6. Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
7. Maintain store presentation according to Sephora's standards.
8. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
9. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
10. Complete delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
11. Maintain store safety standards.
12. Stay informed about competitor activities.
13. Engage in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
14. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
15. Ensure confidentiality of information.
16. Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules.
17. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
18. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
4. Operate point of sale systems, if trained.
5. Handle and apply products on customers.
6. Availability and flexibility.
7. Consistent and reliable service delivery.

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
