1. Greet and enthusiastically serve all customers entering the store.
2. Provide specialized and cordial customer service.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated team member.
6. Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and potential solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Maintain store presentation according to Sephora's concepts and procedures.
9. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
10. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
11. Ensure store safety standards are maintained.

13. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
14. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
15. Complete all My Sephora Learning training programs and seek additional training as needed.
16. Assist in training new consultants.
