1. Greet and assist all customers entering the store with enthusiasm.
2. Provide friendly and expert service to customers.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
6. Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and potential solutions.
7. Recognize and respect the contributions of others.
8. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
9. Perform services as required.
10. Pursue specialized knowledge in the area of expertise.

17. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
18. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
19. Maintain store safety standards.
20. Monitor competitor activities.
21. Be aware of special store events.
22. Participate in programs to reduce stock loss.
23. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
24. Designated consultants should be knowledgeable about cashier functions.
25. Ensure confidentiality of information.
26. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
27. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
28. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in retail or beauty sectors.
