2. Provide courteous and specialized service to customers, identifying their needs and suggesting suitable products.
3. Convey product knowledge effectively to customers.
4. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
5. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and propose potential solutions.
6. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
7. Perform necessary services and seek specialized knowledge in the area of expertise.
8. Stay informed about market trends and adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
9. Maintain Sephora's standards for product, service, and event presentation at all times.
10. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the store.
11. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
12. Strive to be a reference in the assigned area and participate in stock control and quality assurance.
13. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately while maintaining store safety standards.
14. Monitor competitor activities and be aware of special store events.
15. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss and assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
16. Consultants must be knowledgeable about cashier functions and ensure confidentiality of information.
17. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and actively seek additional training when necessary.
18. Assist in the training of new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

Experience in retail is desirable, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector.
