6. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event display concepts at all times.
7. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization standards of the store.
8. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
9. Participate in inventory control and quality assurance.
10. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
11. Maintain store safety standards.
12. Monitor competitor activities.
13. Complete all My Sephora Learning training programs.
14. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
15. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
