1. Greet and enthusiastically serve all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
3. Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest appropriate products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvement and propose solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.

10. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
11. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.

15. Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and seek additional training as needed.
16. Assist in training new consultants.
