1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide specialized and cordial customer service.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a motivated and productive team member.
6. Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Perform necessary services and seek specialized knowledge in one's area of expertise.
9. Stay informed about market trends.
10. Adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
11. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event presentation standards.
12. Ensure store cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
13. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
14. Strive to be a reference in the assigned area.
15. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
16. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
17. Maintain store safety standards.
18. Monitor competitor activities.
19. Be aware of special store events.
20. Engage in programs to reduce stock loss and expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
21. Ensure confidentiality of information.
22. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training when necessary.
23. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
4. Capability to operate point of sale systems, if authorized.
5. Product handling and application skills.
6. Availability and flexibility.
7. Adherence to dress code.
8. Consistent and reliable service delivery.

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
