- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all customers.
- Maintain store appearance in line with Sephora's standards.
- Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
- Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
- Convey product knowledge to customers.
- Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and potential solutions.
- Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
- Perform services as required.
- Seek specialized knowledge in the area of expertise.
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
- Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event presentation standards at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the store.
- Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Strive to be a reference in the assigned area.
- Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
- Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
- Maintain store safety standards.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Be aware of special store events.
- Participate in programs to reduce stock loss.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
- Designated consultants should have knowledge of cashier functions.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
- Actively seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new consultants.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
- Customer service, communication, and organization skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
- Ability to operate the point of sale, if enabled.
- Ability to handle and apply products on customers.
- Availability and flexibility.
- Adherence to dress code.
- Consistent and reliable service.
Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
High school diploma or equivalent.
