- Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest products to meet those needs.
- Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event promotion concepts at all times, and stay informed about special store events.
- Conduct timely and accurate inventory counts and maintain updated inventory records as needed.
- Ensure compliance with merchandise receiving, transfer, and return procedures in the absence of the Administrative Supervisor or Stock Keeper.
- Perform cashier duties when necessary.
- Completion of high school or currently pursuing higher education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in a senior sales position or leadership role in retail is desirable.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
